You should see your aesthetician for a consultation who will recommend you a personalised schedule. Most people metabolise toxins at a standard rate and should be topped up every six months.

Do you do top-ups?

What brands do you use?
We individualise our product to patient requests. However, we regularly cycle between Botox© by Allergan and Bocouture© by Merz to prevent toxin resistance.

How often should I have fillers?
Most fillers, like any other injectable product, are not forever. Fillers last a varying amount of time and are metabolised at different rates depending on the individual’s metabolism. Most people’s fillers last between three to six months.

Help! I had fillers and my lips are swollen and massive!
Don’t worry, swelling and redness are perfectly normal reactions to having filler. You should start being concerned if your lips don’t start clearing up after a week or so. At this point, you should contact your aesthetician to get you in to review your progress and, in the worst-case scenario, dissolve the filler you’ve had done.

What brands do you use?
At NaturePlus, individualised and unique plans are created for each client. With this in mind, different products are better at different things. This being said, the default filler we use is REVOLAX© by Fox Pharma.

What are fat dissolving injections?
Fat dissolving injections are a type of body contouring treatment done by injecting what is known as a lipolysis solution into fatty tissue. Lipolysis is the name given to the process of cell death in fatty tissues. The solution is primarily made up of a chemical called phosphatidylcholine, which triggers the lipolysis process.

Does it hurt?
Lipolysis treatments can involve a mild feeling of burning after the solution is injected. This is perfectly normal and a good sign to show that the solution is working as intended.

Can I have it done in my insert area here?
Yes. My motto for this kind of treatment is “if you can grab it, I can stab it”. This means you can have it in almost any area you can think of.

What is skin rejuvenation?
You’ll see all kinds of beauty creams and products with “includes Hyaluronic Acid” plastered across the packaging. Hyaluronic acid is the chemical responsible for binding water to your cells. A single tablespoon of hyaluronic acid can hold up to 16 ounces of water. Skin rejuvenation injections are injections of super-concentrated hyaluronic acid gel.

How often should I have these?
It depends on the product. Some skin rejuvenation products require a weekly course of between two to six sessions every three months, others require two sessions a month apart every six months. See the price list for course lengths.
